Where We Build
Evoterra is proud to work on various project types, all with one goal in mind: designing and developing environments that enhance the experiences of a community. From multifamily housing to dentistry to restaurants, we love working with specialized industries to create spaces that will not only perform and meet code requirements, but also feel inviting and comfortable for future clients, customers, and residents.
Multifamily
Multifamily development accounts for the majority of our portfolio. Unit mix, density, and parking ratios are set early and determine whether a site works at all — and zoning, setbacks, and entitlement conditions define what can actually be built. We take pleasure in not only considering all these factors, but also creating spaces that provide environments and experiences that make make life worth living.
Dentistry
A dental office is a clinical environment before it is anything else. Operatories need plumbing, vacuum, and compressed air run to each chair, imaging rooms require radiation shielding, and sterilization has to sit within reach of every treatment room without crossing patient paths. At the same time, patients arrive anxious — so daylight, sightlines, acoustic privacy, and a calm waiting area carry real weight. For such a routine medical experience, a pleasant experience matters.
