Trevor Carter: Principal/Manager

Trevor, founder of Evoterra, brings over 16 years of senior level experience in multifamily development and construction management. A BYU Construction Management graduate, he has developed over 275 units and managed $59 million in real estate transactions while overseeing land acquisition, site development, and project stabilization.

Alex Jenkins: VP of Construction

Alex, Vice President of Construction at Evoterra, oversees all construction operations, ensuring excellence from start to finish. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in managing complex projects and optimizing processes. Alex's background spans specialty government contracting, the renewables sector, and multifamily development.
